Engineered for stability, structural integrity, and architectural adaptability in high-demand zones.
Analyzing the paradigm shift in commercial, municipal, and industrial athletic facility surfaces.
The sports flooring landscape is experiencing unprecedented transformation driven by developments in biomechanical safety and material science. Globally, facility developers are shifting away from traditional poured concrete or basic timber structures to high-performance polymer matrices and composites. The modern sports flooring segment demands solutions that comply strictly with international standards, notably EN 14904 (the European standard for sports hall surfaces) and ASTM F2772 (the standard specification for athletic performance properties in the US).
These specifications mandate that products satisfy four key athletic performance metrics:
Foshan Haven Decoration Co., Ltd. has applied its long-standing extrusion expertise in SPC and PVC flooring to engineer custom OEM sports floorings that meet these biomechanical criteria.
Innovations defining the safety, longevity, and sustainability profiles of modern athletic facilities.
Eliminating plasticizers and phthalates while maintaining peak tensile strength. Utilizing recycled PVC and eco-polyols to construct high-durability backing matrix networks.
Integrating UV-crosslinked PUR top coats embedded with microscopic alumina ceramic particles. These provide wear-resistant profiles, preventing scuffing from heavy footwear.
Addressing ambient noise levels in indoor gymnasiums. Advanced multi-layer designs isolate impact sound transmission (up to 20 dB reduction), providing balanced acoustic comfort.
From high-impact community centers to structural subflooring, discover engineered versatility.
Sports flooring is not a one-size-fits-all product. Different athletic environments present distinct chemical, physical, and mechanical challenges:
Foshan Haven acts as an OEM development partner, offering custom thickness modifications (from 3.5mm up to 12mm), custom shock absorption backing configurations, and print film graphics to represent individual institutional identities.
Inside the engineering stack of a high-performance, long-lifespan sports flooring.
The first line of defense. A micro-embossed wear layer with slip-resistant properties, reducing maintenance requirements and preventing dynamic sliding injuries.
High-tensile fiberglass mesh stabilizers are embedded within the core layer. This controls dimensional stability, preventing the material from buckling or expanding under seasonal humidity shifts.
Engineered with double-foaming technology to generate micro-air compartments. This cell layout absorbs dynamic impact forces, returning energy safely back to the athlete.
Our technical roadmap aims to integrate structural subflooring systems with acoustic wall panels and thermal insulating systems, offering complete architectural shell solutions for modern gymnasiums.
How we maintain high consistency across our product lines, from raw material formulation to final product packaging.
A global leader in PVC, SPC, WPC and high-performance interior/exterior architectural products since 2005.
Established in 2005 and headquartered in Foshan, Guangdong, Foshan Haven Decoration Co., Ltd. has evolved from a local manufacturing pioneer into an international exporter. Our factory operates advanced, high-precision extrusion and laminating machinery. With an annual sales turnover exceeding 35 million USD, we have earned the trust of commercial developers, wholesalers, and general contractors globally.
Our commitment to excellence is supported by robust raw material sourcing policies and continuous R&D investments. Originally renowned for high-durability PVC wall panels, ceiling boards, and SPC flooring, our expansion into sports flooring solutions leverages our expertise in polymer extrusion, hot stamping, laminating, and acoustic properties.
At Foshan Haven, we prioritize environmental stewardship and sustainability. Our production processes adhere to international eco-standards, minimizing VOC emissions while delivering long-lasting performance.
Providing clear, data-driven answers to architectural specifiers, sourcing managers, and builders.
Point-elastic systems (typically PVC vinyl sports flooring) deform only at the point of load application, providing high shock absorption and comfort underfoot for individual athletes. Area-elastic systems (wood floor structures over shock pads) deform over a wider area, offering mechanical support for dynamic team sports. Combined-elastic systems integrate both, providing a point-elastic top wear layer over an area-elastic base to deliver the highest level of joint protection and load capacity.
Our materials undergo strict QA testing at our Foshan testing center. We measure shock absorption (Class P1, P2, and P3), vertical deformation (range within 0.5mm to 5mm), dynamic sliding friction (stabilized between 80-110), and impact resistance (≥ 8 N·m). Certifications are available for project submittals.
As an OEM/ODM provider, we customize wear layer thickness (from 0.3mm to 2.0mm), total product thickness (up to 12mm), backing foam density, color formulation, and custom visual patterns (such as wood-grain, solid, or textured stone prints). We also offer customized roll widths and lengths to reduce seam counts during installation.
While flexible PVC systems serve as the top athletic floor, WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) decking acts as an ideal exterior sport court surface due to its weather resistance. Rigid SPC (Stone-Plastic Composite) flooring and Fiber Cement boards provide moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable subfloor leveling bases, protecting the top athletic vinyl layer from moisture vapor emissions.
Providing functional, long-lasting architectural solutions for both indoor and outdoor spaces.
