Maintenance Guide
WPC Decking Maintenance
Mold & MildewClean with hose and warm soapy water using a soft bristle brush.
Oil / GreaseRemove spills as soon as possible. Surface should be cleaned within seven days with warm, soapy water.
ScratchSlight scratches can be removed with a light metal brush or medium sanding paper.
Ice & SnowUse a plastic shovel to remove snow. Calcium chloride or rock salt can be used to melt ice.
Broken BoardBreak the clips on both sides of the broken decking and replace.

What are the main advantages of WPC products?
WPC materials are 100% recyclable, long-lasting, and stable under outdoor conditions like sun exposure and rain. They require very low maintenance compared to traditional wood.
Why is a keel necessary for installation?
Keels ensure a flat surface and allow for proper drainage and ventilation underneath the boards, which is crucial for outdoor installations where it rains frequently.
What is the density and strength of the decking?
The density is approximately 1300-1400kgs/cbm. Hollow decking can bear about 320kgs (with 35cm keel spacing), while solid decking can bear 400kgs-500kgs.
How do I repair a broken piece of decking?
It is very easy. You only need to break the clips on both sides of the damaged board and replace it with a new one without removing the entire deck.
