Installation Methods
▶ Exterior Wall Cladding
1. Preparation of board with supporting aluminum accessories.
2. Wall cleaning and marking partition lines.
3. Vertical wire hanging for alignment.
4. Keel installation using steel square tubes and horizontal aluminum keels.
5. Mounting panels using stainless steel screws.
6. Joint treatment with specialized powder mixing glue.
▶ Interior Partition Wall
1. Fix top and bottom keels with expansion bolts.
2. Align vertical keels (generally 612mm spacing).
3. Cut boards to size (10mm lower than wall height).
4. Secure boards with tapping screws (200-250mm interval).
5. Maintain a 4mm expansion gap between boards.
▶ Floor Board Installation
1. Ensure steel structure welding is flat and clean.
2. Lay boards longitudinal to the main beam.
3. Leave 3-5mm gaps between boards.
4. Use countersunk head tapping screws (M5*45mm).
5. Finish with waterproof coating, wood flooring, or ceramic tiles.
