Wpc Decking is a mixture of 60% wood flour and 35% high density polyethylene with the addition of 5% certain additives to improve physical, weathering and processing properties. The polyethylene used in this product is a high quality, recycled material made up of mainly calcium powder, plastic and compatibilizer material. The wood flours are also a recovered material which are processed, filtered and dried before being compounded with the polyethylene. The resulting product is 100% recyclable.

Q1: Does WPC work like wood?
Yes! You can cut, nail, drill, screw, and rout with standard woodworking tools. The density of WPC is greater than wood.
Q2: Why does WPC not need painting?
We provide multiple colors for selection. You can choose any color you like from our color boards, or we can customize your own color.
Q3: Does WPC fade over time?
All WPC products fade slightly after exposure to sun and weather. Anti-UV additives are added to reduce fading. During the first 3 months, color may fade 5% to 10%, then remain stable through the product's lifetime.
Q4: Are WPC products easy to install?
Definitely yes. We provide installation instructions and videos to ensure success. Our products are designed to meet DIY requests.
Q5: What is the composition of WPC?
WPC stands for Wood Plastic Composite. It is mostly composed of 30% recycled plastic (HDPE), 55% wood powder, and 15% additives like anti-UV agents and stabilizers.
Q6: Can I install the decking immediately upon receipt?
We recommend allowing several days for the boards to adjust to your local temperature and conditions. Installation in extremely cold weather is not recommended.
