| Mold & Mildew | Use a hose and warm soapy water with a soft bristle brush to remove dirt/pollen that feeds mold. |
| Oil / Grease | Clean spills immediately with warm soapy water. For stubborn oil, clear lacquer or transparent paint can be used for refurbishment. |
| Scratches | Slight scratches can be treated with a light metal brush or medium sanding paper. |
| Ice & Snow | Use a plastic shovel to remove snow. Calcium chloride or rock salt can melt ice. |
