How do I install my decking?
The installation is quite easy, requiring only simple tools like an electric drill, clips, and screws. Generally, 2 people can complete about 50 square meters of decking quickly.
How do I clean my decking?
Composite decking requires little maintenance. Regular cleaning with a hard brush, soapy water, and warm water is all you need to keep your decking area tidy.
Why is a keel necessary for installation?
Keels ensure the planeness of the flooring surface and allow for proper drainage underneath the boards, which is essential for outdoor environments exposed to rain.
Can ordinary wood be used as the joist?
It is recommended to use stainless steel, galvanized, or aluminum metal joists because ordinary wood may rot or damage over time, whereas WPC decking has a very long service life.
What is the density and strength of the decking?
The density is 1300-1400 kgs/cbm. With a 35cm keel spacing, hollow decking can bear 320kgs, while solid decking can bear 400kgs-500kgs.
Do WPC products fade easily?
While WPC performs well in weather and UV resistance, prolonged exposure will affect color over time. Co-extruded composite decking offers the highest level of fade resistance.
